* Please note that the doubles sign in closes at 1pm on Saturday 4th January 2025
* All main draw matches will be best of 3 sets
* All back draw matches will be 2 sets and a 10 point match tiebreak in the third set
* All doubles matches will be 2 sets and 10 point match tiebreak in the 3rd set
* There will be NO Advantage in the doubles for all matches
* No Dogs & No Smoking (Vaping ) allowed at venues
* Any player withdrawing from a singles match and wanting to play doubles will have to produce a medical which allows them to continue playing doubles
* The tournament will be played with Dunlop Fort
* U12 will be playing with Hard balls due to the event being played at sea level
